Carpet tiles can be a great way to cover the floor of your home of office, naturally though you are going to want to save as much money as possible when choosing the tiles. There are a number of ways you can find carpet tiles that will provide a cheap flooring solution and even help the environment out while you’re at it!
Many out of town stores offer used and refurbished carpet tiles at cut prices; this can be a good way to pick up a large number for cheap. Any offices that close down can also be a good source as they generally are fitted with carpet tiles.
Factories that produces carpet tiles regularly sell off cuts or “seconds” that might be perfectly fine for a busy high traffic area that doesn’t need to look as attractive. These can be picked up very cheaply indeed often costing just a few pence per tile.
Buying second hand, refurbished or factory second carpet tiles can also be very beneficial for the environment. Whereas these tiles might have just been thrown out, generating waste, reusing them is saving waste and providing your company or home with a cheap solution.
